How to make AIP Ginger Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry
1. Combine the ginger, garlic, onion, chicken broth and oil in a container appropriate for an immersion blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Sprinkle the salt over the chicken and set aside.
3. Add the ginger mixture to large frying pan over high heat and let cook for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Next add in the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Finally add the asparagus and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the asparagus are cooked through but still crisp.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Ginger chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Onion roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth Homemade is best
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pound Chicken Thighs cut into slices about 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 bunch Asparagus cut into 3 or 4 pieces
Instructions
