    These AIP Pasta recipes are the perfect dishes for those missing the pasta dishes of their past. This epic list includes cassava flour pasta, vegetables, and sweet potato starch noodles.

    Are miracle noodles AIP? Are konjac noodles AIP?

    Shirataki, miracle or konjac noodles are not AIP friendly. They are made from the konjac root. While the konjac root is AIP friendly, the isolated glucomannan fiber made from konjac is not. Shirataki noodles are made from the isolated fiber.

    Is Orzo AIP?

    Traditionally orzo made from wheat is not AIP. Even gluten free orzo is not AIP because it usually includes a grain like rice. However, you can find AIP orzo from Jovial foods.

    What are cassava noodles?

    Cassava noodles are made from cassava flour like the pasta from Jovial foods.

    Does cassava pasta taste good?

    Absolutely. It has a slightly different taste than pasta made from wheat flour. But it’s a great AIP substitute.
