Yes. You can eat pizza while AIP or as you transition to the Paleo diet. You’ll just need to make modifications to suit your tailored diet. The recipes in this post are specifically for the AIP diet which means if you’re Paleo, you can enjoy them as well. They are all grain, egg, nightshade, and dairy free.
Can you eat cheese on AIP?
Nope. Well, you can’t have dairy which means that you can’t have cheese. Additionally, you can’t have nuts so no dairy free cheese made from nuts should be avoided as well. However, you can have AIP Cheese.
Is cassava flour AIP friendly?
Yes! Cassava flour is not a grain. The flour is from the dried and ground cassava root.
