No need to ever eat a boring salad again. I’ve got tons of delicious AIP Salad Dressing recipes that will make your salads interesting.

Can you have garlic on AIP?

Yes. Alliums of any kind are allowed during the elimination stage of the AIP diet. Garlic actually has medicinal properties. [source]

Can you have olives on AIP?

Sure. Just make sure to use olives with ingredients that are also AIP.

Can you have vinegar on AIP?

Yes, but there’s a catch. Vinegar made from wine using AIP ingredients is allowed. However, distilled and rice vinegar is not. Distilled vinegar is made from grains and rice vinegar is made from rice (obviously). Both rice and grains are not allowed during the elimination stage in any form and that includes vinegar.

Can you have maple syrup on AIP diet?

Sure! It’s a common myth that sweetener of any kind isn’t allowed during the elimination phase of the AIP diet. Sweeteners like maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar are allowed, in moderation.

Here are the top 8 AIP Salad Dressings.

Thanks for letting me know. There was a problem with the plugin that I was using but it should be fixed now.
