Are smoothies good for your gut?
I believe that food has the ability to either heal or hurt you. It’s important to use high quality; whole ingredients that help reduce inflammation in your body not increase it. For someone with autoimmune related diseases, that means it is important to stay away from refined sugar, dairy, gluten, soy, nuts and nightshades (to name a few). Stick to leafy greens, healthy fats and a bit of fruit for sweetness.
