AIP Smoothies are a great way to stay full on-the-go while staying true to the eliminations stage. If you want to know how to make AIP smoothies, then check out these recipes.

Can you have smoothies on an AIP diet?
Yes! Smoothies are a great way to stay full on-the-go while also staying true to the eliminations stage. They can be a great snack, a drink to accompany a meal or sometimes even dessert.
Although you need to be careful that you don’t make a meal of a smoothie that’s mostly fruit. That’s a lot of sugar when you’re supposed to be eating balanced meals and keeping sugar (even fructose) limited. If you’d like more info on the AIP diet, check out my post ‘What is the AIP Diet?’
How to make AIP smoothies
Making AIP smoothie recipes is easy. All you need is a great recipe and a blender. If you like a very smooth drink, you’ll need a high-speed blender. I highly recommend Vitamix however, many swear by their Blendtec. However, if you have a smaller budget then I’d go with a Ninja. It won’t get your smoothies as smooth but it’s reliable and more affordable.
