Green Berry Smoothie. It's deceptively healthy. It looks like it's mostly blueberries but I've snuck some spinach into the drink.

This Green Berry Smoothie has become one of my most favorite smoothie recipes. It’s fruity and delicious. You’d never know that it’s packed with spinach! Yes. Spinach. If you’re new to green or healthy smoothies then it may sound strange but just give it a try. It’s really good. My husband eats this up and has no idea that it’s full of greens.

I realize that you can’t get fresh blueberries all year round but thanks to frozen blueberries this smoothie can easily be made whenever you’re in the mood. I used to think of smoothies as a summer thing but I’ve found myself making them all year round now. I always eat better in the summer time because of all the fresh fruits and veggies. This smoothie is very reminiscent of the summer and it’s a great way to stay healthy and keep a little bit of summer alive in the colder months.

    Green Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is deceptively healthy. It looks like it's mostly blueberries which tastes sweet and delicious but there's a handful of spinach thrown in to make it good for you. This recipe is allergy friendly (gluten, dairy, shellfish, nut, egg, and soy free) and suits the autoimmune protocol diet (AIP), paleo and vegan diets.

How did this morning it was so good and I substituted collard greens for the spinach and it still was good also I like the fact that you can change the amount of servings in the recipe and for me that works really well cuz I'm one person so I don't have to worry about how to figure out how to cut it in half or cut it in fourths
