This Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte is a delicious twist on your favorite drink to start your day. This recipe is essentially a matcha latte with pureed strawberries which add a hint of natural sweetness.

What is a Strawberry Matcha Latte?

A Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte is essentially a matcha latte with the additional of strawberries. I used pureed strawberries to ensure that I get a bit of strawberry in every sip.

What milk is best for Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte?

Since we’re making a dairy free and AIP friendly latte, I recommend coconut milk. Just make sure to use one that is full fat and doesn’t have any additives.

Does a Strawberry Matcha Latte have coffee?

Nope. A matcha latte doesn’t have coffee but does include matcha green tea.

How to make an Iced Strawberry Matcha Boba?

If you want to make this recipe into a Strawberry Matcha Boba, add a few tablespoons of boba to the glass before step one. You’ll want to layer the drink in order of boba, strawberry puree, ice and then the chilled matcha latte.

How to make an Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

    1. Pour strawberry purée equally into 2 glasses.

    2. Fill glasses with ice.

    3. Then pour the matcha latte equally in the glasses. Serve cold garnished with whole strawberries.

    • I always use extra virgin olive oil in all of my recipes unless stated otherwise.
    • I always use Himalayan sea salt or Celtic sea salt, unless otherwise noted.
    • The majority of my recipes are strict AIP or include notations for reintroductions. However while I make every effort to label non-AIP ingredients and recipes sometimes they slip past me. If you have questions, please ask in advance.
