  • 1/2 cup Tigernut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Avocado Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • pinch Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a small food processor, blender, or container suitable for an immersion blender.
  • Blend until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
