Nutrition
I display nutritional information via a nutrition calculator built into my recipe card application. This information should be considered an estimate; different nutrition calculators can give you different results, as can different brands of ingredients. If you want the most accurate numbers, you should run the calculations yourself with your preferred nutrition calculator using the exact amounts of ingredients and specific brands you used. If a recipe is altered at all this will change the nutrition information.
