This Fruity Green Juice is packed with spinach but with the taste of fruit juice. This recipe is allergy friendly (gluten, dairy, shellfish, nut, egg, and soy free) and suits the autoimmune protocol diet (AIP), paleo and vegan diets.

I’m trying to pack in as many vitamins in the foods that I’m eating as possible. However, my taste buds have changed since pregnancy and eating veggies is just not what I want to do anymore. They just aren’t as appetizing but I know I need to make sure I get those healthy green veggies in my system. My doctor suggested juicing but I kind of just brushed it off. Green juice didn’t sound appetizing at all either.

After watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead I completely changed my mind. I had no intention of buying a juicer going into the movie but after watching the transformations of the people in the film I was intrigued. The next day I ran out and bought the Breville Juicer that they used in the film. I’ve been experimenting with different recipes and keep coming back to this apple, pear, spinach and mint combo. I’ve tried a few recipes that aren’t so great but this Fruit Green Juice is truly amazing. I can’t believe how great 3 cups of spinach taste once it’s juiced with the fruit and mint.

Also, this is a drink that you can have daily and will fill you up like a meal. When was the last time you had this many fruits and veggies in one day let alone one meal? It’s actually really hard to eat this many fruits and veggies in a day. I’m really excited about eating healthy and liking it!
